Psychotherapy
Offered on a one-to-one basis, either online or in person. We work together to identify issues and challenges in an open, non-judgemental environment. Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged from £50/hour.

People attend therapy for many different reasons, and I aim to offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore the issues that are impacting your life.
