Young People
I have a great deal of experience working with young people in various settings, and can offer support with many issues including anxiety, low mood, bereavement, friendship issues, social media use, self-harm, social anxiety, low self esteem and more.

Young people are facing increasing rates of mental ill-health, due to many factors that are impacting on them on a daily basis. From social media to gaming, school stress, exams, relationships and life challenges, therapy offers an opportunity to talk openly, and not be judged.
